As a Faculty Member with the NHS Leadership Academy, and through my work delivering the Aspiring Chief Executives Programme in both London and the South East, I see the courage and complexity this work demands. The space to think – with clarity, honesty, and support – is often missing in the rush to deliver.

That’s why under the Fulcrum banner, I’m developing, in partnership with senior leaders in healthcare, a dedicated space for healthcare leaders to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Using the Thinking Environment® and a distributive leadership lens, we create time to surface core questions, test assumptions, and lead with greater wisdom in systems under strain.

This is not leadership training in the traditional sense. It’s a human, systemic, and sustainable approach to shared leadership – rooted in equity, care, and attention.
