Internationally trained healthcare professionals are the backbone of the NHS – yet their voices are often marginalised in leadership development and system change efforts.

Together with Dr. Arndt Melzer, I’m developing a new space: for dialogue, connection, and change. This work grows from our shared commitment to the Thinking Environment, and from insights gathered through listening to the real-life experiences of international doctors and healthcare workers.

Here, we will share the early findings, offer provocations, and invite others to shape what comes next – including a pilot course designed to support visibility, voice, and influence.

This is a space for honesty, imagination, and collective leadership.
