Fulcrum Leaders - a response to the turbulence and tensions of these times

In this short video, I talk about the beginnings of Fulcrum Leaders, the network created in 2011  with the support of Jim Clifford OBE.  Fulcrum is a response to the turbulence and tensions of the times; a shared space where people can come together, speak for themselves as themselves, and connect over issues that really matter. We have explored ideas as diverse as the nature of authority; trust in leadership; environmental issues; accounting and accountability; supporting the vulnerable within our society, and so much more.

Our approach is simple: we listen to each other, we speak with thoughtfulness and kindness, and we encourage each other in believing that the challenges and injustices we see can be solved.

Today in these challenging times, a space for dialogue is needed more than ever and so Fulcrum will be relaunched in April and we will be holding a series of events over the  course of the year. Watch this space to learn more.
