Cancellations and refunds
We don't like to charge cancellation fees and where possible try to accommodate clients. In the case of cancellation therefore, we initially offer a transfer to another event. However, if this isn't possible, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the event date.
A 50% refund will be provided up to 7 days prior to the event date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event, are not entitled to a refund.
In the event of a event requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or the minimum number of event delegates required for the event not being met, the cost of the event will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date. Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled event a full refund will be provided.
