Cancellations and refunds

We don't like to charge cancellation fees and where possible try to accommodate clients. In the case of cancellation therefore, we initially offer a transfer to another course. However, if this isn't possible, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the course date.

A 50% refund will be provided up to 7 days prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund.

In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or the minimum number of course delegates required for the course not being met, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date. Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.
